By upgrading the functionality of the intercom already in place, we’re offering a solution that lets you add the convenient, easy-to-use features that our customers know and love. It could be a friend popping by or a can’t-miss delivery while you’re out at the office. Ring Intercom sends real-time alerts whenever your apartment intercom is pressed, so you know who’s there even when you’re not. With features like Two-Way Talk, you can speak directly to whoever buzzes your apartment, using the Ring app. Plus, after verifying your visitor, you can use Remote Unlock to let them into your building – no more leaving friends standing outside in the rain, or rushing to the intercom to let in a guest.

Additional Terms and Conditions
Please read the following terms and conditions before joining the Ring affiliate programme. Failure to comply with these terms and conditions may result in your relationship being terminated and any commission earned reversed. Commission is only applicable on Ring Intercom products, no other product sales are commissionable at any time.
The Affiliate must clearly state the following, or any substantially similar statement on the Site or any other location where Ring may authorize the display or other use of Special Links: “As an Ring Affiliate I earn from qualifying purchases” in case content is used beyond what is provided.
Affiliate will comply with all applicable laws, ordinances, regulations, rules, orders, and other requirements (including requirements for licenses, permits, certifications and approvals), guidelines, codes of practice, industry standards, self-regulatory rules, judgments, decisions, or other requirements of any governmental authority that has jurisdiction over Affiliate (including all such rules governing communications, privacy, data protection, advertising, and marketing)
Ring customers are not, by virtue of Affiliate’s participation in the Affiliates Program, Affiliate customers. As between Ring and Affiliate, all pricing, terms of sale, rules, policies, and operating procedures concerning customer orders, customer service, and product sales set forth on the Ring Site will apply to those customers and may be changed at any time. Affiliate will not handle or address any contacts with any Ring customers, and, if contacted by any Ring customers for a matter relating to interaction with a Ring Site, Affiliate will state that those customers must follow contact directions on that Ring Site to address customer service issues. Affiliate will not request, collect, obtain, store, cache, or otherwise use any account information used by Ring customers in connection with any Ring Site (including any usernames or passwords of Ring Site customers).
Affiliate’s Site will not be eligible for inclusion in the Affiliates Program if at any time Ring determines that the Site is unsuitable (an “Unsuitable Site”). Unsuitable Sites include those that: (a) promote or contain sexually explicit or obscene materials; (b) promote violence or contain violent materials; (c) promote or contain false, deceptive, libelous or defamatory materials; (d) promote or contain materials or activity that is hateful, harassing, harmful, invasive of another’s privacy, abusive, or discriminatory (including on the basis of race, color, sex, religion, nationality, disability, sexual orientation, or age); (e) promote or undertake illegal activities; (f) are directed toward children, or knowingly collect, use, or disclose personal information from children under 13 years of age or other applicable age threshold (as defined by applicable laws and regulations), or violate any applicable Law related to child protection (for example, if applicable, the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (15 U.S.C. §§ 6501-6506) or any regulations promulgated thereunder); (g) include any Ring Mark(s) or Proprietary Terms in any domain name, subdomain name, display URL, “tag,” advertising identifier, username, group name, or other identifier (including on any social networking site); or (h) otherwise violate any Proprietary Rights. Ring will determine the suitability of a Site in its sole discretion. Affiliate remains solely responsible for the Site, including its development, operation, and maintenance, and all materials that appear on or within it
Paid Search Policy
- Any and all use of the Ring brand name including but not limited to misspelling is strictly forbidden through paid search channels via the affiliate programme.
Misuse of brand
Affiliates are prohibited from using the Ring brand to create branded websites, Facebook pages (containing Ring in the page name) or alike that violates the Ring brand or may mislead the user.
Ring retains all intellectual property rights in Ring services, websites, platforms, and technology. Ring hereby grants affiliates a non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, worldwide, license for the use, in compliance with the provisions of this agreement, of the Ring affiliate programme for the purposes of this agreement set forth above.
Use of creatives and imagery
- Affiliates are strictly prohibited to make any alterations to the banner creatives and other images provided on the programme. Affiliates must only use the creatives and content provided by the Ring programme and are not allowed to create their own materials unless permitted to do so and upon approval from the Ring team.
- Should an affiliate require a customized designs, new text link or different banner size, the request must be sent to the Ring team via the TradeTracker account manager for approval.
- Affiliates are also requested not to hardcode banners into their sites.
- Under no circumstances are publishers allowed to surreptitiously use iframes to set network cookies onto a user’s computer.
Email marketing
All email marketing content and creative content must be signed off by the Ring team via the TradeTracker email approval tool.
Voucher Code Usage and Promotion
All voucher codes will be provided by Ring, under NO circumstance should any Voucher Codes/Coupon Codes/Discount Codes distributed directly by Ring through other channels, media or direct on the Ring domain should be used by affiliates. Ring will provide a code for affiliate partners and exclusive codes directly in coordination with the TradeTracker team. Any codes usage that is promoted onsite that was not distributed through the program will be considered invalid and therefore any transactions associated with such codes will be duly rejected under the terms of the program.
