2. If the above KPIs are not met then billing will be done on a pro-rata basis.


3. Billing will be done as per valid transactions tracked in Google Analytics.


4. SEM is strictly not allowed, any such activity will lead to a Penalty.


5. Canceled/returned orders will not be validated in the final reconciliation.
