Punishment:
1. In the irregularities of the keyword policy above, we will inform you to remove illegal traffic immediately. If you repeatedly violate the rules, the commission you have generated won’t be paid, and our partnership will end.
2. In irregularities of brand keyword bidding above, if we found any TM infringement during your promotion, the commission you have generated won’t be paid and will be withdrawn.
Brand bidding for the first time, we will deduct your 50% commission,
Brand bidding for the second time, we will deduct your 100% commission,
Brand bidding for the third time, we will stop the partnership with you.
3. For using fraud traffic to increase sales, we won’t pay any commission and stop collaboration with you immediately.
