Free ticket:

Definition lead: order an Ortel mobile ticket is referred to as the lead.

Definition sale: A sale occurs when the Ortel mobile ticket is a charge of at least 10 .

Ortel mobile standard SIM card:

Definition lead: no lead compensation

Definition sale: the first-time use a standard SIM card (E.g. store credits, first call) is called the sale.

Confirmation:
A lead will be paid if the customer address and thus the delivery of the SIM card is valid: 1.00
A sale will be paid as soon as a customer actively uses his SIM card for the first time: 2.00 or 5.00

Cancellation:

Sales werden nach 5 Monaten abgelehnt, falls keine Aktivierung der SIM-Karte stattgefunden hat.

Ortel Mobile behält sich daher das Recht vor:

• Partner, mit einer zu hohen Anzahl von Leads (die nicht vorab abgestimmt wurde)
• Partner, mit einer zu hohen Stornorate
• Partner, mit einer zu schlechten Aktivierungsquote

fristlos aus dem Programm auszuschließen. Des Weiteren behält sich Ortel Mobile das Recht vor, alle offenen Provisionen  (Leads und Sales) dieser Partner und Partner, die gegen die Einschränkungen und Restriktionen verstoßen, ohne weitere Begründung zu stornieren.

Your income opportunities at Ortel Mobile:

Free card:

Definition lead: An order of an Ortel Mobile Free card is referred to as a lead.

Definition sale: A sale is completed if the Ortel Mobile Free card is topped up with at least 10€.

Ortel Mobile SIM card:

Definition lead: No lead payment

Definition sale: The first use of a SIM card (e.g. top up credit, first call) is referred to as a sale.

Confirmation:

A lead is compensated as soon as the customers address valid and therefore the delivery of the SIM card is successful: 1,00 €

A sales is compensated as soon as the customer first actively uses the SIM card: 2,00€ resp. 5,00 €

Cancellation:

Leads and the corresponding sales are cancelled if the delivery to the customer fails. (wrong address, customer sends product back or refuse delivery, …).

Sales are rejected after 5 month if the SIM card has not been activated up until then.

Other restrictions:

The partner program of Ortel Mobile observes the principle that the promotion of the advertiser through the partner creates added value for Ortel Mobile and therefore aims that customers actually use the ordered SIM card.

Ortel Mobile reserves the right to dismiss summarily:   

• Partners who act contrary to the principles,
• Partners with a too high number of leads (which has not been agreed to in advance)
• Partners with a too high cancelation rate
• Partners with a poor capitalization rate

Furthermore, reserves Ortel Mobile the right to cancel all pending commissions (leads and sales) of the above mentioned partners and partners, who act contrary to the restrictions and limitations, without further explanations.
