Affiliate Program Description
Lux-Case is an international e-commerce company with headquarters in Malmö, Sweden. We sell a wide variety of protective and trend-conscious accessories for mobile devices such as smartphones, smartwatches and tablets. Our focus is providing our customers with the largest selection of the best-quality products at an unbeatable price. Lux-Case’s campaign goal is to reach more customers and increase brand awareness, as well as to improve sales.
Lux-Case, a subsidiary of WePack AB (henceforth known as the Company) will remain the sole proprietor of unique promotional materials (e.g. discount codes and special offers) created and distributed first-hand by the Company to its customers and may not be shared for any reason by any other party. Third party Affiliates may not use, repurpose or republish onto their own websites general discount codes that are published on the Company’s own website, newsletters or social media pages. Third party Affiliates are expressly prohibited from using Lux-Case’s products, brand or Company name with any type of Search Engine Marketing, for example Google Ads or Microsoft Bing Ads. The Company reserves the right to deny or grant permission any Affiliates usage of the Company’s promotional materials at the Company’s sole discretion.
Exceptions to this rule are made for general date-based deals and offers, such as Black Friday and other big holiday promotions.
Affiliates partnered with Lux Case will receive commission based on Affiliates’ sales numbers. Affiliates will be ranked and receive commission according to a tiered commission structure with three separate categories: Bronze, Silver and Gold. The Bronze tier is for Affiliates’ whose sales fall in between 1 and 10 with a respective commission rate of 10%. Affiliates who are Silver-ranked who have made between 11 to 20 sales will receive 15% commission. Gold-ranked Affiliates will have made upwards of 21 sales and will receive 20% commission. The tier system is contingent upon sales performance, which will be monitored and updated every month.
