Affiliate Program Description
JAM is an online learning community offering fun & creative courses for kids and teens. Each course has a series of videos designed and hosted by an expert who shares professional experience & tips so kids can learn by experimenting & practicing.
This Agreement contains the complete terms and conditions that apply to you becoming an affiliate in JAM's Affiliate Program. The purpose of this Agreement is to allow HTML and URL linking between your web site and JAM's web site. Please note that throughout this Agreement, "we," "us," and "our" refer to JAM, and "you," "your," and "yours" refer to the affiliate.
Special Terms - Promotion Restrictions
By joining our affiliate website, any promotion that mentions JAM naturally could be perceived by the public or press to be a joint effort. Due to this, there are certain guidelines and restrictions that must be followed when creating marketing links and promotions to JAM.
We may cancel your participation/application if we determine that your website is unsuitable for our program, including if:
1) It promotes sexually explicit content
2) It promotes violence
3) Promotes illegal activities
4) Promotes discrimination based on race, religion, sex, nationality, disability, age, or sexual
orientation
5) Includes JAM or any variations or spellings in its name or domain name.
6) Includes any material which infringes on any copyright, trademark, or intellectual property
7) Your site is built in a manner that resembles JAM.com or leads customers to believe you
are JAM.com or another affiliate company.
8) Affiliates that use, among other keywords or exclusively, keywords such as “online courses for kids”,
“jamcoursesforkids.com”, and/or any other variations or misspellings and do not direct the traffic from
such campaigns to their own website before redirecting to JAM.com will be considered
trademark violators and will be banned from the JAM Affiliate Program.
JAM reserves the right, at any time, to review your placement and approve the use of your links and require that you change the use or placement in order to comply with the terms and guidelines provided to you.
Advertiser holds the right to determine the validity of all actions submitted. Any action that does not meet the requirements or deemed invalid by the Advertiser will be considered invalid.
Actions Considered Invalid but not limited to:
Fraudulent Credit Cards.
Fraudulent or incorrect personal information.
Order cancellations.
Not in compliance with terms.
Restricted Promo code actions.
Use of any unapproved creative will result in non-payment of all actions.
The advertiser holds the right to restrict certain "non-affiliate program" coupon or promo codes and as a result actions submitted with restricted promo codes will be invalid conversions and will not be a payable event.
