Qualifying Criteria: 


- Claimant used/exposed to RoundUp at home or their workplace for 1 or more years


- Claimant diagnosed 2 years after initial exposure


- Claimant was diagnosed with Non-Hodgkin’s Lymphoma (NHL) or one of its subtypes (B-cell lymphoma, T-cell lymphoma, chronic lymphocytic leukemia, or hairy cell leukemia) no later than 10 years after last usage date


- Claimant was not diagnosed prior to the year 2000


- Claimant is currently under the age of 80


- Deceased Claimants are accepted - must be within the last 10 years


- Claimant is disqualified if any of the following apply: HIV or AIDS diagnosis, Hep B or C diagnosis. Agent Orange exposure, Organ transplant recipient, Prior chemotherapy


- Claimant has no Legal Representation
