Affiliate Marketing SEA/PPC Rules for Harrison Holidays. SEA is limited.

1. General SEA/PPC Advertising Rules
Affiliates are encouraged to engage in SEA/PPC advertising to promote Harrison Holidays and increase traffic and conversions. However, strict guidelines must be adhered to in order to maintain the integrity of Harrison Holidays’ marketing efforts.

2. Prohibition of Branded Key Term Bidding
Disallowed Bidding: Affiliates are strictly prohibited from bidding on Harrison Holidays’ branded key terms, variations, and misspellings in any search engine advertising platforms. This includes but is not limited to:

• HarrisonHoliday
• Harrison-Holidays
• HHolidays
• Harrison Vacations
• Harrison Getaways
• Holiday the Harrison Way (tagline)
• HarrisonsHoliday
• HarrisonHolideys (common misspelling)
• Harrison Holidase (creative misspelling)
Monitoring and Enforcement: Harrison Holidays will regularly monitor SEA activities. Any affiliate found in violation of this policy will face immediate suspension and potential removal from the affiliate program, as well as forfeiture of any pending commissions.

3. Allowed Bidding on Non-Branded Terms
Affiliates may bid on non-branded keywords related to Harrison Holidays' products or services. However, all ad content must be approved by Harrison Holidays’ marketing team to ensure it aligns with brand messaging and standards.

4. Negative Matching for Branded Terms
Affiliates must add Harrison Holidays’ branded terms as negative keywords in their SEA campaigns to prevent ads from appearing in searches that include these terms.

5. Ad Copy and Landing Pages
Ad Approval: All ad copies and associated landing pages must be submitted for approval by Harrison Holidays before being used in campaigns. This ensures all promotional material is in line with our brand guidelines.
Clear Representation: Affiliates must clearly state their relationship with Harrison Holidays in ads by including a disclaimer such as “Authorised Affiliate” to prevent confusion among consumers.

6. Reporting and Transparency
Affiliates are required to provide detailed reports of their SEA activities, including keyword lists and performance metrics, monthly to Harrison Holidays.
Transparency in advertising methods is crucial and will be regularly reviewed for compliance.

7. Consequences of Non-Compliance
Non-compliance with these rules will result in corrective actions including but not limited to warnings, suspension of account or reversal of commissions.

8. Updates to Rules
Harrison Holidays reserves the right to update these rules at any time. Affiliates will be notified of any changes and expected to comply with the updated guidelines.
