Detailed KPI:
1. Cancelled/returned orders will not be validated in the final reconciliation.
2. Geo Targeting: Pan India
3. If the Affiliate is found running the campaign on Google or any social media portal, the Below penalty is imposed:
* 1st Instant: Payout of 2 days will be deducted
* 2nd Instant: Payout of 1 week will be deducted
* 3rd Instant: Payout of 15 days will be deducted
* 4th Instant: No payout; ban from Mamaearth
4. No relaxation on brand bidding during the sale. The entire day’s revenue shall be imposed as a penalty.
5. All transactions after 19th Jan'23 pre-access (7 pm) or once the sale go-live will be considered under sale payout.
